Our Commitment
Mentor Clock is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone by applying relevant accessibility standards and best practices.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological conditions.
Features
Our accessibility efforts include: semantic HTML structure for screen readers; keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements; sufficient color contrast ratios; alternative text for images; focus indicators for interactive elements; responsive design for various devices and zoom levels; and consistent, predictable navigation patterns.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations: certain third-party integrations may have their own accessibility characteristics; real-time video sessions depend on the capabilities of the video provider; and some AI-generated content may not always be optimally structured for screen readers.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Mentor Clock. If you encounter barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at accessibility@mentorclock.dev.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve accessibility issues within a reasonable timeframe.
Continuous Improvement
We regularly review and audit our platform for accessibility issues. This includes automated testing, manual testing with assistive technologies, and incorporating user feedback into our development process.
