Getting Started

Mentor Clock is a mentorship intelligence platform that connects mentees with verified mentors, provides structured session booking, and uses AI to track progress and generate insights from every conversation.

Yes! Our Free plan lets you browse the mentor marketplace, send messages, and book pay-per-session meetings. Upgrade to Pro or Premium when you need session credits, AI tools, and advanced analytics.

Use our smart matching system — tell us your goals, industry, and preferred mentoring style, and we'll recommend the best-fit mentors. You can also browse the marketplace and filter by expertise, rating, and availability.

Once you book a session, both parties receive calendar invites. Sessions happen via our built-in video platform or your preferred tool. Afterwards, AI generates session notes, action items, and progress updates.

For Mentors

Sign up and select 'Mentor' as your role. Complete your profile with your expertise, experience, and rates. Our team reviews applications and verifies credentials before you go live.

Mentors receive payments securely through the platform. Session fees are deposited to your linked account after each completed session, minus a small platform fee.

Absolutely. You have full control over your hourly rate, session duration options, and availability. Prices can be adjusted at any time from your dashboard.

Billing & Plans

We offer Free, Pro (₹2,999/mo), and Premium (₹6,999/mo) plans. Each tier unlocks more session credits, advanced AI tools, and deeper analytics. Annual billing saves 17%.

Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month by default. You can cancel at any time from your settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

We offer a 7-day refund on your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied. Session-specific refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. See our refund policy for details.

Yes! Our team plans start at ₹1,999/user/month for groups of 10+. Enterprise customers get custom pricing, SSO, and a dedicated success manager. Contact us for details.

Privacy & Security

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Session recordings and messages are encrypted and only accessible to participants.

Never. Your data is yours. We don't sell or share personal information with third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.

Yes. You can request account deletion from your settings at any time. We'll remove your personal data within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy.
