Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mentor Clock (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Services
Mentor Clock provides a platform for connecting mentors and mentees. We facilitate bookings, messaging, session management, and AI-powered insights. We are not a party to the mentorship relationship itself — mentors are independent professionals, not employees of Mentor Clock.
5. Payments & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Session fees are set by individual mentors. Platform fees and commissions are disclosed at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to our Refund Policy. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: misrepresent your qualifications or identity; harass, abuse, or discriminate against others; share harmful, illegal, or infringing content; attempt to circumvent platform security; or use the Platform for purposes other than legitimate mentorship. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, code, and content are owned by Mentor Clock. You retain ownership of content you create (session notes, messages, profile information). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to use your content to provide and improve our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentor Clock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
