Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription (Pro or Premium). If you're not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Session Cancellations
More than 24 hours before: Full refund or session credit issued automatically.
12–24 hours before: 50% refund or session credit.
Less than 12 hours before: No refund. Session credit may be issued at the mentor's discretion.
No-shows: No refund for missed sessions without prior cancellation.
Mentor Cancellations
If a mentor cancels a session, you receive a full refund or session credit automatically. Repeated mentor cancellations are reviewed by our team.
Session Quality Issues
If you experience a significant quality issue with a session (e.g., mentor was unprepared, session was substantially shorter than booked), contact us within 48 hours. We review each case individually and may issue a partial or full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@mentorclock.dev with your account email and session details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds are handled according to the terms of your individual contract. Contact your dedicated account manager for details.
